Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solstice Wick! Each of our products is handcrafted with care in our Tennessee studio, and we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Because our items are carefully hand-poured in small batches, we currently only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we pack our concrete jars and wax products with the utmost care, we understand that accidents can happen in transit. To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a damaged item:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date.

  • Requirements: Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Contact: Email this information to us at info@solsticewick.com.

If approved, we will gladly offer either a free replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Used candles or wax melts

  • Opened room sprays or reed diffusers

  • Custom or limited-edition products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers once the order leaves our studio. However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives severely delayed, please reach out to us. We are a small business that cares about your experience, and we will do our absolute best to help you track it down or find a solution!

Order Cancellations

Because we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@solsticewick.com. After this 12-hour window, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be canceled.
