Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Solstice Wick, we understand that plans change. Below is our cancellation policy for one-time purchases, pre-orders, local deliveries, and recurring subscriptions.

One-Time Orders

  • You may cancel a standard one-time order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@solsticewick.com.

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or fulfilled and cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date.

  • If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us with your order number at info@solsticewick.com.

Local Delivery Orders

  • Local delivery orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Subscription Orders

If you are subscribed to receive our products on a recurring basis:

  • You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time via your customer account settings.

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that scheduled shipment.
